Bookings

A booking is confirmed when the dispatch desk sends written confirmation on WhatsApp or by phone. Fares shown on this site are indicative and become fixed at that confirmation.

Fares

Fares cover driver charges, fuel, vehicle and driver allowance for the one-way trip for the one-way leg booked. Toll charges, Inter-state permit where applicable, Parking charges, Waiting beyond 30 minutes at pickup are charged at actuals. A night allowance applies to pickups between 22:00 and 06:00.

Changes

Route, date or vehicle changes are subject to availability and may change the fare. Tell us as early as you can.

Waiting

Thirty minutes of waiting at pickup is included. Beyond that, waiting is chargeable.

Liability

Vehicles are insured as required by law. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures or other circumstances outside our control.
